Large high-ceilinged open-plan living area comprising comfy seating around huge open fireplace, and dining area beside compact kitchen with small dishwasher, hobs and mini-oven only. Utility area with washing machine and tumble dryer. Bathroom with WC. Fairly steep open staircase up to bedroom with double bed (low sloping ceiling as built in the eaves). Separate insulated “chalet-style” outbuilding approx 5 metres from main house, with sofa, large built-in bunkbed (recommended for teenagers rather than children or adults), and shower room. Large secluded lawned garden. Private swimming pool (10m x 4.5m, 1.45m deep). Private parking, accessed by country lane.
