All accommodation on ground level: Large open-plan living-dining room with television, and sliding glass doors to garden. Kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine & microwave. Two bedrooms, one with double bed and one with twin singles. Bathroom with bath and separate shower unit. Lawn garden. Private fenced swimming pool (11m x 6m). Off-road parking beside villa, with few steps up to garden.

The friendly owners are on hand to assist in the adjacent property, but are respectful of client's privacy at all times.
