This stylish quality villa has a large living-dining room with satellite television and music centre. Large modern kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine. Three bedrooms (two with air-conditioning units*): two with double beds and one with twin single beds. Two bathrooms. Sun terrace to front, and shaded dining terrace to side. Established lawned garden. Barbecue. Private swimming pool (9m x 4m). Off-road parking (or street parking for low-chassis vehicles).

Please note: Single lady owner is occasionally in residence in separate studio on lower level, but clients' privacy is not affected as all living areas are separate.
