Figueres to relive its youth |
The Spanish town of Figueres will be inviting its visitors to relive their youths at a special event this year.
People looking forward to staying in Costa Brava villas next month can attend the Toy Festival on May 11th.
This international meeting of collectors and enthusiasts gives visitors the chance to buy, sell, exchange or simply browse a variety of weird and wonderful toys.
Figueres is located in the province of Girona in Catalonia, in north-eastern Spain, a region that it shares with the famous city of Barcelona.
It is a popular tourist location in itself, partly because it was the birthplace of Salvador Dali and is now home to a museum that was designed by the artist himself and houses numerous pieces of his work.
