Llivia festival comes to Costa Brava |
People staying in Costa Brava villas who have a love for music will be able to indulge their passion over the coming months at the Llivia music festival.
This event has been running since August 3rd and will continue until Christmas this year, with concerts set to take place on December 6th and 25th.
Visitors will be able to enjoy piano and classical music performed in the local church at Llivia, which is a town in the region of Cerdanya in the eastern Pyrenees.
Spa visits, hiking and skiing are all popular activities among people staying in Costa Brava villas and other visitors to Cerdanya.
The fact that the region is divided between France and Spain means that visitors can also enjoy rides on the Yellow Train, which offers a popular rail journey from Villefranche-de-Conflent to Mont-Louis in south-west France.
Those who plan to stay on Spanish territory during their holidays can pay a visit to the Cadi-Moixero natural park, which is the largest park of its kind in Catalonia.
