Tuscany enjoys weekend of good food
Those who opted to holiday in a villa in Tuscany this weekend were given the chance to enjoy some fine Italian cuisine.

On Sunday, famous Italian chef Fulvio Pierangelini headed to San Vincenzo on the Tuscany coast to oversee a festival of food in the area.

Restaurants across the region took part in the Feast of the Palamita which saw local fish and other delicacies being served.

Francesca Vierucci, director of one restaurant Poggio ai Santi, praised the event saying it bought the community together and gave visitors a taste of the less well-known parts of the region.

San Vincenzo is one of the most popular places on the Etruscan Coast with a good-sized harbour capable of holding up to 300 boats at any one time.

Its ten kilometre beach is also a pull for foreign visitors as well as it accessibility – with tourists able to get there easily by car and train.

Tuscany enjoys weekend of good food
Hollywood's most famous couple have decided to buy a property in the beautiful French region of Provence, it has been reported.

According to Now magazine, the pair have invested in a huge mansion house in the area which is famous for its relaxed lifestyle and sunny climate.

The publication says that the couple spotted the chateau when on a helicopter ride in the area.

They picked the huge property near Aix-en-Provence after viewing 100 others which were deemed unsuitable.

"It's absolutely unbelievable," a source told the Daily Express. "Brad and Angelina are thrilled.

"They love the place and have already been furniture shopping. The house is surrounded by a forest so they'll have total privacy."

The couple have been spending long periods of time in the Provence area as Angelina prepares to give birth to twins.

Among the facilities which the couple are set to enjoy in their new holiday home are two pools, a vineyard, a lake and a forest.
